sensation, emotion, presence;
Breath, sound and movement.I aim to create a safe space for you were anything that feels broken, abandoned or heavy has space to be integrated.A space to feel, to listen and
to trust what arises.So that unexpected clarity

patchworkfamiliy of artists.At the age of 16 I declared to become a fashion-designer in the headline story of a newspaper after entering the Top 10 of
a fashion-design-contest.But it turned out differently.I decided for the path that promised more money, more security, being future-proof.So I poured everything into that path,
only to realize that it wasn't mine."And now what?" I asked myself.
I had no clue.But I knew one thing:
I will follow
my joy,
my truth,
my passion,
no matter what.Everything shifted when I turned inward:What is underneath my dreams?Listening to my body's
